My Review:

4/5 stars

Created takes place just weeks after Talia’s arrival to Ian Crane’s headquarters in order to get help to rescue Erik from the Tramblewood facility. In Created you learn more about this history of the Created drug and how those who had been injected with the Created drug may pose a threat to society. There was definitely never a dull moment in Created. Sophie Davis also delves into the emotional toll that TOXIC has taken on Talia, Erik and the others in the book. They end up dealing with the aftermath of being injected with the Created drug without knowing the consequences it may do to them Erik and Talia end up, along with Crane and the Coalition, work with UNITED in order to take down Mac and TOXIC.

I continue to love Talia and Erik’s relationship in this series. Like I said, you see the emotional toll TOXIC takes on the two of them, but you also see a breakdown, especially with Erik. In Created, you see how broken both Talia and Erik are when they are apart, but how when together they are whole emotionally.

With that, it seemed that there was so much happening I had a hard time keeping track of what was going on. Yes, Sophie Davis continues to be detailed in her (their) writing, but for some reason I had a hard time with this book.

Created will keep you on your toes and will definitely surprise you. Andddd of course major cliffhanger!!! Can’t wait to continue with this series!
