Hello Readers!!!
BookCon is here!!! This year I decided to go for both days versus one day like I did last year.
I originally had tickets to see Colleen Hoover and David Balducci for Saturday’s autographing sessions. Colleen Hoover ended up having to cancel so instead I was able to meet Sara Farizan who was so nice, who wrote the book If you Could Be Mine.

I met teenage author, J.L. Willow, who wrote the book The Scavenger. It was very cool that this was her first BookCon too!

Then some more walking happened, but luckily I set my twitter notifications in case authors/publishers posted about any book drops.
I had the chance to see Jennifer Armentrout again and get a copy of her new book coming out later this year (second book in the series) called Moonlight Seduction

After seeing Jennifer, I went back to the autographing area for the David Balducci signing. I’ll be honest, I’ve never heard of this author until one of my coworkers actually gave me five of his books. So I thought it would be pretty cool to meet him at BookCon.

The other author I had the chance to meet was Danielle Page, who wrote the Dorothy Must Die series. This was the first time meeting her and oh my goodness! She is incredibly nice! I asked her if I could give her my business card and mentioned I am a book blogger and children’s book author. She ended up asking me what my book was about! She said would definitely check out it for her niece!

After meeting Danielle Page, I headed over to the JD Netto booth for the JD Netto, Sasha Alsberg and Natasha Polis signing.
Earlier in the day, I had stopped by his booth in order to give both JD and Sasha a copy of my book. They have had such a positive influence in my blogging. It was also great meeting Natasha as well.

I definitely had a blast for my first day at BookCon and definitely looking forward to day 2! Stay tuned for a recap of the day tomorrow!!!
